What is the Shayabets Birthday Bonus and how much is it?

Short Answer: The Shayabets Birthday Bonus is a R50 Free Sports Bet given to you on your birthday. It is a fixed R50 free bet rather than a deposit match, and it carries its own qualification conditions, odds requirement, payout cap, and validity window.

The bonus is designed as a birthday reward for existing verified customers who have already deposited on the platform.

1. How to Qualify for the R50 Free Sports Bet

According to the Shayabets promotion terms, the first requirement is that your account needs to be FIC verified. You also need to have made a minimum deposit of R50 previously in order to qualify. Both conditions must be met before the birthday bonus is awarded, so a newly registered account that has never deposited will not qualify, and an account that has not completed FIC verification will also not qualify.

The minimum deposit requirement is a previous deposit of R50, not a new deposit made on your birthday. The terms state you need to have made a min deposit of R50 previously, which means the qualifying deposit can have been made at any point before the birthday bonus is claimed.

2. Odds, Payout Limits, and Validity

The bonus carries a minimum odds requirement of 1.5 per selection. Every selection in your birthday free bet must meet that 1.5 threshold for the bet to count under the promotion terms. The maximum payout on the Shayabets Birthday Bonus is R500, so any winnings above that figure are capped and not paid out.

The bonus is valid for 24 hours, which means the free bet must be used within that window once it is awarded. Stakes will not be returned on bonus winnings or refunds, so the stake used for the birthday free bet is not added back alongside any winnings. All of these conditions combine to make the Birthday Bonus a short-window, fixed-value reward with a clear ceiling on what it can return.
