How long do I have to use my Playabets Kevin Hart Free Chips before they expire?

Short Answer: You have 48 hours to use your Playabets Kevin Hart Free Chips before they expire. The countdown starts from the moment the Free Chips are awarded to your account, not from when you claim the chest.

Any Free Chips that remain unused after this 48-hour window will be forfeited automatically.

1. The 48-Hour Rule

According to the Playabets promotion terms, Free Chips must be claimed and used within 48 hours of being awarded. This applies across all three Kevin Hart promotions, whether you win them from the Live Casino letter collection or the Slots letter collection. Because the Free Chips can take up to 24 hours to land in your account after you pick your chest, you should check your balance regularly and start playing as soon as they appear.

2. What Happens When They Expire

If the 48-hour period passes and you have not used the Free Chips, they will expire and cannot be recovered or reinstated. You will not receive an alternative reward or cash equivalent. The winnings from any Free Chips you do manage to play before expiry are paid as cash, with no wagering requirements, though they are capped at R400 for the smaller prize and R2,000 for the larger prize.
