How do I collect the K-E-V-I-N letters in the Playabets Slots promotion?

Short Answer: To collect the K-E-V-I-N letters, you must spin any Pragmatic Play slot with real money on Playabets. A letter may randomly drop on any qualifying bet, and you can collect a maximum of one letter per bet.

You need to spell out K-E-V-I-N to pick a chest and win Free Chips, which are then used on the Live Casino Kevin's Picks games, not slots.

1. Which Games and Bets Qualify

According to the Playabets promotion terms, the qualifying games are any Pragmatic Play slot. You must place real-money bets of any stake, subject to each game's minimum bet requirement. Spins using bonus funds or free spins do not count towards collecting letters. The promotion runs from 19 October 2026 at 10:00 to 2 November 2026 at 09:59 (SAST), so all qualifying spins must be placed within this window.

2. What You Win and How to Use It

Once you have collected all five letters, K, E, V, I, and N, choose one chest to reveal your random prize. There are 215,000 total prizes available in this slots phase, consisting of either 10 x R4 Free Chips or 50 x R4 Free Chips. The Free Chips are awarded for use on Kevin's Picks Live Casino games, not on slots. You can win a maximum of two prizes during this promotion, and the Free Chips must be used within 48 hours.
