Kingbets Obvious Errors

Short Answer: If Kingbets identifies an obvious or technical error in betting odds, they reserve the right to correct the odds or void the affected bets. According to the terms, the most common types of technical errors include input errors, mirror errors, and writing errors in the event names.

The final decision on whether an error occurred belongs exclusively to Kingbets.

1. What Constitutes an Obvious Error

According to Clause 9 of the Kingbets General Terms and Conditions, obvious errors include input errors (where a coefficient is displayed incorrectly, such as 1.8 shown as 18), mirror errors (where the favorite's odds are displayed higher than the outsider's), and writing errors (where teams are listed in the wrong order). Clear indicators of an error include a very large difference between Kingbets' odds and other bookmakers, or odds that are nearly impossible given the current match situation.

2. How Kingbets Resolves the Error

Kingbets reserves the right to correct the error or declare the bet invalid, even after the event is completed. In cases where bets are won as a result of a technical failure or an obvious error, Kingbets may cancel the bet and refund the stake. If an incorrect price was offered, the wager may be settled at the correct price or voided. Customers are informed of any balance changes immediately, and the Company's decision in these matters is final.
