How do I update my cellphone number for withdrawals on Hollywoodbets?

Short Answer: To update your cellphone number for withdrawals on Hollywoodbets, you must formally request the change through the platform. The update will be subject to strict verification checks, including KYC and FICA verifications, before the new number is approved for payouts.

This security measure ensures that your winnings are only sent to a number that belongs to you.

1. The Verification Process

Because many withdrawal methods (like Cash Send and Vouchers) pay out exclusively to your registered cellphone number, changing it requires strict verification. Hollywoodbets may request proof of the new number and documentary proof of identification. The terms state that changes to the cell phone number prior to withdrawals will be subject to verification checks.

2. Updating Details in Your Account

You can usually update your contact details via the Account Settings or Profile section of the Hollywoodbets website or mobile app. However, if you need to change the number linked specifically to your betting account for payout purposes, it is recommended to contact the Hollywoodbets Helpline at 087 353 7634 or email hwhelpline@hollywoodbets.net for assistance to ensure the change is properly recorded and verified.
