Can I collect my Hollywoodbets Lucky Numbers cash prize at a branch or must it go to my account?

Short Answer: You cannot collect your Hollywoodbets Lucky Numbers cash prize at a branch. All cash prizes will be deposited directly into your active Hollywoodbets account. If you do not have an account, you must open one to receive your winnings.

No cash prizes will be issued in physical cash at any Hollywoodbets branch.

1. Prizes Are Paid Digitally

Even if you entered the competition by placing a bet at a physical branch, the payout method is strictly digital. The terms state that cash prizes are deposited directly into the winner's Hollywoodbets account. This applies to all prize tiers, from the R2,500 up to the R20,000 top prizes. Once the funds are in your account, they are fully withdrawable.

2. The Active Account Requirement

To redeem any cash prize, you must have an active Hollywoodbets account. If you are a branch-only customer and do not have an online or mobile account, you will need to register for one. The funds cannot be claimed over the counter. Winners are randomly selected through a draw and overseen by an internal auditor.
