What happens if Hollywoodbets cannot reach me after winning the Halakasha draw?

Short Answer: If Hollywoodbets cannot reach you after winning the Halakasha draw, they will attempt to contact you up to three times over a 24-hour period. If you do not respond within that time, Hollywoodbets reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a new winner.

This strict rule applies to all cash, betting voucher, and VIP experience prizes in the promotion.

1. The 24-Hour Contact Window

Once a draw is conducted, Hollywoodbets will try to make contact. For cash and betting voucher winners, this is done via SMS. They will make up to three attempts to reach you within a single 24-hour window. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information on your Hollywoodbets account is accurate and that you monitor your messages after a draw date.

2. VIP Experience Forfeiture

For the VIP Premier League experiences, the rules are even stricter regarding documentation. If you are reached but fail to provide the required information, such as valid passports and IDs for you and your companion, within three days, the prize may be withdrawn. In either scenario, whether unreachable or failing to provide documents, Hollywoodbets will redraw the prize to ensure it is awarded.
