How long do I have to submit my details after winning a Hollywoodbets Blu Voucher cruise and what happens if I don't?

Short Answer: If you win a Hollywoodbets Blu Voucher cruise, you have 48 hours from the draw to submit your details along with your partner's details. If you fail to provide these details within 48 hours, or if you do not have a valid passport, Hollywoodbets reserves the right to disqualify you and select another winner.

This strict timeframe allows the operator to finalize travel arrangements for the December 2026 trip.

1. The 48-Hour Submission Window

The three cruise draws take place on 13, 14, and 15 November 2026. Once the draw is conducted, the winner must act quickly. You are required to submit your personal details as well as the details of your nominated partner within 48 hours. Hollywoodbets requires this information to secure flights, cruise cabins, and any necessary documentation for the trip.

2. Valid Passport Requirement

The most critical condition is passport validity. At the time of the draw, both you and your partner must be in possession of valid passports. If the selected client does not have a valid passport, Hollywoodbets reserves the right to disqualify the winner and redraw. Furthermore, Hollywoodbets will attempt to call the winner up to three times; if unanswered, a new winner is drawn.
