What happens to my Bravobet Lost by One Game Free Bet if one of my selections is voided?

Short Answer: If one of your selections is voided in the Bravobet Lost by One Game promotion, the system ignores that selection and recalculates your free bet percentage based on the remaining active events. This means a voided leg can reduce your total selection count and lower the percentage of your stake you get back.

The terms explicitly state that returned, cancelled, and void selections won't be counted in the free bet percentage calculation.

1. How the Recalculation Works

According to the Bravobet promotion terms, the system will ignore return selections and count with the rule of the remaining quantity. For example, if you placed an 8-leg multiple that would normally earn a 60% free bet, but one leg is voided, the system will treat it as a 7-leg bet. That reduces your free bet percentage to 40%. If the voided selection means your bet drops below the minimum 4 selections, it will no longer qualify for the promotion at all.

2. What Else You Should Know

The minimum free bet you can receive is R1, and the maximum is R10,000. The free bet is awarded right after your bet settles and is valid for 3 days. It can be used on both live and pre-match events, with no restrictions on bet type, markets, or odds. To protect your eligibility, consider adding an extra selection or two to your qualifying multiple so a single voided leg does not push you below the minimum threshold.
